Sent to Kittanning, Pennsylvania; located in Armstrong County, as noted at lower left. Simply a double-weight letter, due 2 cents. How about a big image of the other cancel on the back of the envelope? Sort of looks like a train cancel.

Is part of that cancel "Burl." or "Burling."? I can't read the rest, but with either of those names, it's a good candidate for a railway cancel.

I think I read the first part of that postmark to be "Pittsburgh".

Yes, clearly Pittsburgh. I looked at a list of defunct or merged Pennsylvania railroads, and found 8 or 10 that contained the word "Pittsburgh," but none would fit very well into the cancel. So I'm not sure it's a railway cancel at all.
