Seems like a nicely centered stamp with a San Francisco precancel ... and only one bid of 99 cents ... with little more than an hour to go at auction:

That IS a nice looking precancel. It sold for $7.50.

Interesting that it was posted for a week or more and four of the five bids came in the last few minutes of the auction. I guess one chalks it up to those watching the auction so that all of the serious bids get made during the last few minutes the item is available.
