These have been mentioned in the SCF before, but I've just gotten my first good look at them. The APS has a series of FREE mini-albums that you can download from the link below. They include all stamps related to Texas, North Carolina and Connecticut, Baseball and the 50 state flags. 99% of the material is affordable for everyone and the pages look good to boot. Check them out here:http://www.stamps.org/Education/edu_AlbumPages.htm

I printed them out on 65# acid-free paper and will keep them in a notebook like I do my Guatemala collection (that I have to get back to soon ).

What a great Idea

These would be great for kids or someone just starting out. It would make it less "mind boggling" to start with a smaller collection and work your way up.

Thanks for the great info

Dianne

I've got a bunch of U.S. on the way. Mac is taking good care of me for a lot of the issues. I'll try to post a pic of a completed page when I get there.

Too bad they didn't come up with these years ago. I think their great starter collections. Can't wait to see the whole series, just imagine how many there could be.

Hey there... I took a look at the site and I liked it. I might just start something like that for my daughter and when she gets older just kind of pass it down! Even though that will be in like 17 years! Thanks!!

1775MAC and others are getting me the MNH U.S. material I need to fill in the Texas, North Carolina, and Connecticut pages. I got a few put to bed today. I think they look really good on the APS pages the way I printed them. I'll try to get a couple of pics posted when I get a page or two filled.
