Any Postal Seal Collectors Out There?

I got this pane of Postal Seals in some stamps I bought a while back.I know nothing about these.I was looking at my Scott Specialized Cat. and think I have them ID-ed. It seems they would have to be the OX40, 9.5 X Imperf, Medium thick white paper. Could anyone confirm that? Thanks.

Cannot confirm without measuring the width:
OX-40 38.5mm
OX-39 37.5mm

We have no way to distinguish "white" vs. "cream" paper from a scan.

Be sure to watch for OX Seals on envelopes in dealers' 50c or $1 cover boxes -- some are worth a considerable amount on cover, but just pennies as "used".
