Is there an error message, does he login and just not stay logged in? What's happening?

Looks like he is being told he has forgotten his password..he tries from the beginning and no luck...can you send him his password..or could he be locked because of too many logon attempts ??

Failed attempts won't lock him out.

I need to know exactly what's happening. You say it "looks like" he forgot his password. Is he getting a message that specifically says that? Or is the screen just refreshing and he's still not logged in?

I hope the panic is over......all afternoon I was told my password was wrong but I knew it wasn't. I tried another route.
Then I went out.
then I came back in.
Now I can sign in.
And all this on one day !
I'm whacked....off to bed.
Will post again tomorrow
