1. I received a large envelope with 34 vintage stamps on it. It looks great with all the old postage so I was curious, can I use it again? Can I take it to the P.O. and leave the old stamps and have them print out correct postage paid sticker and put it on there also? 2. I guess this is one answers on what I can do with my old below face value sheets. I purchased a sheet of the Boston Tea Party stamps with the matching block # in the same position to use for comparrison. That was Thursday. On Friday I received it. There were 30 vintage 4 cent stamps from a sheet, 3 vintage 3 cent and 1 vintage 8 cent + a new printed out Postage Paid sticker for an additional 13 cents. All the stamps are cancelled the same day and the envelope was mailed from 40 miles away. I probably would have received it next day or 2 anyway. He must have over nighted it at $12.30? I think I paid less than $6 for the sheet and didn't ask for it next day. My guess is that he has tons of these old sheets and just just them to get rid of them?

1. Postally cancelled stamps? One word answer: No. Uncancelled/unobliterated stamps that travelled -carried mail? According to the USPS regulations: No again. Have people tried. If caught -- it's called Mail Fraud.
---this is taken directly from a Postal Bulletin ~~~
