Any Idea as to value of this cover? Is there a catalog that list foreign covers?

They're certainly collectible and the cachet is "cute", but there doesn't appear to be that high a demand for them in the secondary market.

I'm not sure if your scan is accurate, but if there is what appears to be slight yellowing on the cover, that will affect value, as well.
