Holiday Card

My hubby got this card in the mail because he is a
veteran ,and they were sending address labels, etc
for a donation. I saw this card and thought what
a beautiful card it is--the photo is by the US Army
Signal Corps. It makes me think of the servicemen who are not at home during the holidays and how lonesome it must be.
Thank you to all our Vets and to the men and women now serving! Words cannot express the sincere THANKS I feel-I thank you from the bottom of my heart for our freedom and security that you have fought for!

Many servicemen and women from around the world will be away from their families this Christmas fighting for the freedom and a better life for others. My hat goes off to them and their families.

The same here I have a soft spot for all of those over seas in harms way. I think it is important not to forget those that are states side too.

Th USPS has put out some nice stamps honoring our servicemen and women through the years.
