Just about anything with a zepplin from the 30's will command a premium. Tannu did some nice airs with zeppelins. The early issues don't have that same loud "big size" or odd shapes like others . Its all in personal preferences but those have been doing decent on ebay.
You have 2 different blocks of 4 of the quebec 1/2 cent? I'd sperate the stained block into 2 singles and a pair and the other block as a whole.

I hate to rain on a parade, but...

I'm sorry, but from my vantage point, all 4 of the 1/2c Quebec Tercentenary stamps are stained, and the stains are visible from the front side. I noticed the staining on all 4 stamps even before looking at the picture of the backside. Just look for the brownish toning. Nice centering, but with the staining they are major defects (or 2nds), at best, in my book.

Also, it's hard to tell from the picture, but does that block still have original gum? They look like no gum stamps -- but again, difficult to say for sure from your picture.

I'm not sure about the full gum as I do not know what that looks like. It's not shiny as I would expect a layer of glue to look.. very matte, like regular paper. The design from the front can be slightly seen on the back.

Both blocks are stained, one more than the other. Also, the first block (the non-folded one) has become slightly separated between the top and bottom pair on one side.

I don't see staining on all 4, just the top 2 on both blocks. You are probably much more familiar with how these are supposed to look, though. Do you have a good picture I could compare to?

I took these and the Tanna Tuvas out of the offending envelopes. The Tanna Tuva's are worse, stain-wise, where the glue has been sitting on the paper for however long. I guess these envelopes are the equivalent of the older coin holders - those had PVC and caused a lot of problems to otherwise beautiful coins.

Thank you for everyone's insight, it's very helpful.

All of them will sell, stains or not, just at different prices. And no, DO NOT cut them apart with scissors. Also, in the end, I would offer all of them as singles, no blocks or pairs. Virtually no one collects them that way, and you run the risk of getting a very inferior price because someone has to buy "duplicates," especially in the case of an imperfect block.

If any of the stamps are stuck to the envelopes or to each other. PUT THEM IN THE FREEZER FOR ABOUT 15 minuets and you will be able to separate them without disturbing the gum. They will become brittle and you can separate them by hand. . Do NOT USE ANY TOOLSJust your hands.
