In one edition of the AAMC, the Editors announced they were drawing the line at jet first flights, and it was impossible to continue listing new ones. I'll see if I can find the details (or cutoff date) for you.

In the early days of aviation, first flights meant something, a brand-new technology available for the first time. Now, it's just a blip on a computer algorithm, i.e., the "computer" says we net out $855 more if we stop at Sofia on our Paris-to-Dubai flight, that sort of thing.
