Sorry, not a pigeon blood (#64a), not even a rose pink (#64b). Look at the pinks listed under 1863 on the web site I mentioned for you to reference--maybe Lilac Rose? All #64, #64a and #64b stamps were issued and used pretty much by the first quarter of 1862. Now, that doesn't mean some are not found used after that, but rarely after late Feb.-Early March of 1863.

That's not a Pigeon Blood.

Remember, true Pinks are bubble gum/Barbie Ferrari Pink. Pigeon Bloods are that same pink but with a bluish cast to them. The other giveaway is the date, VERY few Pigeon Blood Pinks have been certified that have been used after 1861, in fact the majority were used in September and October of 1861, some in November and after that less than 10 have been certified as genuine by the PF. IIRC only 2 or 3 have been certified that were dated 1862.
