3520 - Atlas Statue
3522 - Woody Wagon
2550A - United We Stand Coil, rounded corners

These are all coil stamps who's backing paper extends beyond the top and bottom of the stamp.

Andy you will probably have to make them from strips. That's what I often do. I use Mystic Mounts for all of my mint.

I'm designing my own stamp pages for 2001 and I need the backing paper size to know what size mount to use. I'm one page away from finishing it, and I don't own these stamps. Didn't want to wait to find these stamps, order them and have them come in.

I don't have those particular issues in mint form (with backing paper) but I can tell you that all recent US PSA Coils with backing paper larger than the stamps have been consistently 28mm high. That includes the 45-cent Weathervane coil, the 44-cent Patriotic Ink Quill coil, the 1-cent Bobcat coil, and the recent Non-Profit Org. Precancels.

(On the other hand, those coil stamps that have the same size backing paper as the stamp itself are typically 25mm high.)

That's the problem with the self adhesives you have to go at least one size larger than normal.

I went to my local stamp store, and overpaid for them. But at least I can now measure them and release the supplement.

Do let us know what you find. Is the backing 28mm high as on the later ones?

This will at least help us collectors confirm if they (the USPS printers) are keeping consistent as future issues come out.
