Unfortunately, there's no stamp in this scan worth over 5c net. You might check the "Consumer" stamp, 2nd stamp in 2nd row, to see if it has a tiny number 1 or 2 below the center of the design, in the lower white margin. That would be a plate number (if the stamp is a coil) and some potential value.

Thanks for your input Doug2222. Unfortunately, the consumer stamp does not appear to have a number on it.
