Any reason to think this is any other shade than carmine ?

The Hudson Fulton has only Carmine listed as a shade

Nice booklet pane of George. We all know it's difficult to tell colour on our monitors. But if you scanned the Georges and the Fulton together at the same time, perhaps we could see if they are indeed similar, or, I guess, the same.

Ok, rescanned this time next to a Pair of carmine #442's. I think it's safe to say they are Carmine.

My cat says the type I only came in carmine. The type II were in carmine or lake. They look type I carmine to me. Very nice booklet pane.

Great pane - I used to work in the printing ink industry for many years and could read shades of color from a mile away. Its amazing what you loose when you are away from it for some time.
