Hi, I recently purchased these stamps for a dollar and each one came in an individual tiny envelope. I also got some more that came in envelopes for a dollar, but they aren't US so I'll post them in the correct forum. I'm VERY new to stamp collecting, I usually collect coins and Sports cards but have always wanted to try stamp collecting. So bear with me if I ask ridiculous questions because I know practically nothing about stamps as of right now. If anyone knows what I have, please let me know. Also, if you know a value for all of these, do tell. Thanks for any help

Don't be afraid to ask "ridiculous" questions here - this is probably the most helpful forum I've ever encountered. :)

I_Love_Stamps, what kind of catalog do you use to get all of that info? And it seems like I got a pretty good deal on these.

That 14-cent Indian Stamp is a perfin (perforated initials) punched into the stamp design. I can't read it accurately it looks like CNB (Chase National Bank) or CNR (Canadian National Railroad). Common but still quite collectible, particularly to specialty collectors.
