This is a shot in the dark but here goes....I thought it would be nice to locate other collectors by geographic location ie. state, country, region, etc. That way if I was looking to meet other collectors in person, traveling in their area to ask a question, intersted in starting a club or adding membership to a new club, attending a stamp show, or looking for a stamp store or supplies a list of members would be available to contact. Of course this info would be based on the questions answered in your enrollment & on your profile page. It would only be fair to have the option to opt out or opt in for this search function.

I have had a couple good idea's lately that have gone over well and this one popped into my head today. I am not a website programmer and have no idea what it takes to do something like this.

Sounds good to me; it would be nice to know where people were.

Less than half fill in their location so it wouldn't work very well. There's also a privacy issue, a lot of people wouldn't like the location of them and their collection so readily available.

Bobby,
I thought that might be the case. It makes sense regarding concerns of identity, safety, & security. Well 2 out of 3 ideas is not bad. Back to the drawing board.
