Hi Everyone,
I have this very small old cover, with July 11 inside the postmark, looks like was handwritten? But I don't see a date. This is very very small and I put a ruler beside it, only 2 inches high, would not pass the standards in today's mail. Is this from 1800's?

Yes, between 1861 and 1875, most likely.

Manuscript (penned) dates are common for this time period. To find year dates as part of the stamped postmark device are harder to find.
