Very neat! I have an interesting prince Edward (as pictured here in the brown lilac and green shades) but that is in a strong clearly blue shade and appears used. It is perforated but I cannot find any info on it. My thought is it is a trial color proof that was perforated, and not really a color error or changeling The color is quite distinctly different.

Does anyone have any ideas what it may be and any value? I bought it for just a few dollars in a redbox at a Chicago area how several years ago.
