Returning To Philately, Looking For Networking And Friends

After a few years of casual collecting I've finally gotten a chance to get back in to the habit, so to speak.

I'm a pretty topical old school nerd girl with lots of topical interests. I mainly collect nature, religion especially Christian, history and prehistory, American west, American natives and arts. Lately I've taken an interest in middle east and Afghanistan as well as north korea propaganda issues.

Really would like to find others with shared interests and friendship as well as penpals.

You'll find a LOT of people here, including me, who left for a while and returned to the hobby. As for collecting interests, I don't think one could name an area or interest that isn't collected by someone here on SCF.

I am new to this community (less than 2 months), and its fun and informative.
I collect only Newfoundland stamps and covers but as I say, its great to read about other areas.

I collect US and WW, so I'm always interested in hearing about and seeing topical collections.

If by "penpal" you mean a letter writing correspondence, I'm interested.
