I can not find this stamp in Scott the closest one I can find is the A3 perforated.Below is the stamp. Thanks Steve.

Steve, Scott says most of numbers 22A to 103 exist imperforate but were never issued. You should see this right beneath number 35.

But isn't that talking about A22 Thur 103 only Larry? This falls stamp falls near the category of A3 or is it From Austria maybe I can't even find this value in yellow.

Steve, 22A is a stamp A3 is an illustration. If you follow the catalog numbers down to 22A,
you will see it is illustrated with photo A3.

Well,since that is the issue how do you value something never issued.Also it has been postal canceled.So obviously unissued stamps should never have been canceled? APS?
