Hello,
a year ago I posted about US Scott number 3854. I made some initial efforts up front by sending a email to Linn's online editor, with an attached image. I followed up about 2 months after. I did not get any responses. But it could be spam to them.

Besides writing a letter, with a picture. Does anyone know an alternate method or have contacts that can direct me on a possible next step.

The goal: See if there are other known sheets

Wow, that's an extremely interesting shift! Note however that you have them misidentified. They are of course #3854 vice #3584. Good luck with your efforts.

Basically what you have is a vignette shift.
The center design is shifted to the left.
Doubt if Linns would know. Best bet is to contact a EFO dealer....
They would know more.
Not that major of a shift....
