My wife, who isn't a collector but occasionally helps me with sorting, thought she had found a new kind of precancel with this one. She came running into the room clutching the stamp - we had a great laugh!

You know the government would charge a LOT more than 6.3 cents as a tax on sex. Congress would demand the "franking privilege" of course :-)
