Just wondering if any members have any information on this slogan cancellation of 1938 from Czechoslovakia?

I am wondering if it commemorate the opening of a stadium for sports? How scarce is this cancellation?

it commemorates the final game of the Central European championship in soccer, between SK Slavia (Praha) and Ferencvaros (Budapest) note: SK Slavia won the game and the Mitropa Cup awarded for the tournament.
