No (well, at least not with MY eyes). However, they can be read with any average magnifier.

Well, hunting for them is all where the fun is, so I think you should give it a try yourself. I've already posted the phrase (chopped up into seven different pieces) earlier.

For anyone keeping tabs on these sort of things, the Harry Potter Press Sheet (without die cuts) has been dropped from both the USPS Store and USPS ebay, suggesting that they are now sold out.

The Harry Potter Press Sheet (with die cuts) is still available.

I could not get any at my post office here in town. They said they are going to get some though. It would be cool to get some of the no die cut stamps but I will get what ever I can.

Kris,
Is there a reason you don't get them from Kansas City?

Tom, is that on the internet through ebay? I live in Iowa and that would be a long drive otherwise.

They sure are. Hope that this helps. I live in Minneapolis by the way.

Business Week has an interesting article on the Harry Potter stamps at this link, including a comment from the USPS disputing earlier reports that the Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee was not by-passed for this issue but that it went through regular channels:

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds. It could surpass the Star Wars sales figure.

I was at my local P.O. yesterday and asked the clerk if the H.P. stamps were selling well and he said they weren't. He told me only a few people had bought them so far. Everyone that was buying stamps, that I saw, were only interested in handfuls of the new Christmas stamps. Maybe not the best time of year to introduce Harry Potter?

Just this morning (01/21/2014) I picked up the new 2014 Paper Heart Stamp at my small one clerk/one window post office that's only open limited hours daily. I was surprised to see that they actually had the Harry Potter Stamps available.

Is it now common that all post offices now have them for sale locally?

My tiny little post office has had them for more than a month, and they are not flying off the shelf.

It will be interesting to see how Scott "The National Postage Stamp Album" supplement for 2013 handles the lay out of these stamps. Will there be a place of each individual stamp and/or the entire bookle? They are not too consistent with their lay outs.
