I bought some Belgian proofs from a European collector, and this was in the envelope. I have no idea what it is. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you..

Hello and welcome, you would probably have better luck getting those stamps identified if you were to put them in the World class stamps forum. Just click the home button at top left and scroll to it. The reason is that those forums get more traffic than this introduction forum for new members. I have no knowledge of that stamp myself but, I know someone out here does. The same would apply to your essay stamp in this forum.. Hope this helps...Gary

Thank you, Gary. This is my first time on this site, and I obviously don't know what I am doing. I had a long time interest in U.S., but changed to Belgium regular issues. After a while that got too easy, so I changed to the essays, proofs, oddities, and I started to get lost in the details. Info is tougher to find on these. Most of the books are in foreign languages. Anyway, I'll try the forum you recommended. Thank you, again -Ken
