Just got the latest copy of the USA Philatelic. I noticed only listed full pane. They no longer offer blocks for sale. I am not too happy with this change.

Hi redbus. This was mentioned in another topic a few days ago. This edition of the USA Philatelic is not geared towards collectors, but is specifically for gift-giving. Your blocks should still be available, just use the previous issue!
