ratio411,
I like your covers and the topics your collect. I always like the state specific stamps.

Ratio, I've found 50 or so, mostly from the 1940's and 1950's. I'll post a few for you in the Stamps You Want To Sell section.

don't really collect them, just get'em to sell. They do well at the flea market. I sure do have a bunch. have some pretty good sets,
cacheted, non-cacheted, etc.Do you know that FDC's from the USPs have a big eagle watermark on the envelopes?

I'd like to see them for sure.
Money is tight right now though.
If you have anything you like to barter, or have
seen me post or suggest something of mine that
you would want in trade, I'd consider.
Feel free to email if this is an option.
Thanks!
Dave

Dave, I will list a handful now. Beyond that, the older covers, especially with Fluegal or Cachet Craft are worth more, sometimes far more, than a dollar or two. For example, I have a 1945 Texas Centennial by Fluegal that catalogs at $11.00 but with the Fluegal cachet sells for 6 to 8 times that. As far as trades go, I don't know what you might have, but unless you have some worldwide material that goes well beyond the common it would probably not be very useful to me.

What about the 22 kt. gold FDC's.
I inherited 100 of them.
Are they collectible and by whom?

Kenner,
Unfortunately, there is not much of a collector market for the gold replica FDC's. Most sit in dealer discount boxes for $1. They look good but don't resell well. Topically or for a specialist, however they may of of interest to a cover collector looking for a specific stamp or subject.

Further to my email.
If these covers are for sale, what would you sell them for?
What would be the postage costs to Alberta .
