Two Accounts?

I recently changed my internet provider and attempted to change the email address I have registered with the SCF. I was told that that address is already associated with another account. I don't remember creating another account (that doesn't mean so much anymore), and nobody else has ever had that email address as far as I know.

Can the SCF account be found by the email address and deleted? I'd like to use that email address on my current SCF account. If you can, here is some info:

tom.buck49@gmail.com - that is the address that is associated with the "bad" account...the account that I would like deleted. I do not know the name of the SCF account it is associated with.

tom_buck@att.net - is the address that I currently have associated with my good SCF account. It is a good address, and I will receive email sent there, but is not an address that I use much.

...whew! Long story, but I hope it makes sense. If you can't help me, or if anything needs clarification, just let me know. Sorry about all the trouble.

Same account. You need to click on the confirmation link in an email sent to the new address to complete the change.

Never mind, I just fixed it for you manually. I sent you a test email to the new address. Let me know if it works.

Apparently, this is not fixed yet. My current SCF account has no email address associated with it. When I try to change it to tom.buck49@gmail.net I get this:



This IS a valid email address. While it is different from the error I got earlier, it is still an error. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
