As the title says, I need help determining which of these it is. The perfs are 11x10.5. I know it's a precancel, but I figured this would be the best place to get help identifying the stamp itself.
You will have to tell us what the perforation measurements are also, it's badly damaged so really doesn't matter too much. However I suspect it's a #559 perf 11 or if perf 11X10˝ #639.
