Picked up a hard bound copy of the "Postal Laws and Regulations of the United States of America" 1932 edition, published by the U.S. Gov't Printing Office, at an antique shop today. There are numerous revisions that have been clipped and pasted into the book dating into the 1940s. The book isn't in great shape, but interesting reading anyway.
