Wondering if someone here bought the curl variety that Kevin had for sale. Just ended. I think it was 92r8.

raymodj....I dont think so. Went to a buyer in Florida.
He may be a lurker here but I have never seen him post.
He is a repeat customer.
Looks like he got a good deal if the plating is correct.

Thanks Kevin. I thought maybe our resident curl collector snapped it up. I think this one was pretty easy to plate with that curl above the C, but I'd like back up from one of our Franklin experts.

I'm still new at plating the Franklins, so I'm really not sure how much some of the varieties go for and how much they're affected by condition.

Sorry Art. I Almost posted it a few days ago, then forgot to even look again until it had just ended. I initially hesitated because I don't know the etiquette of a post like that.

Sinclair, thanks for the confirmation. Ray's tutorial made it pretty easy to determine the relief. From there a curl is a piece of cake.
