ok, I know this has been discussed but I can't find it in the search engine in here. so does anyone have a complete listing of the four flags variations for 2013? Thanks for the help in advance.

I'm not sure what you mean by Four Flags Stamps of 2013. Could you be referring to the Flags for All Seasons issue? (It's an entirely different issue.)

I don't think the four flags reprint booklets were ever listed in the USPS quarterly catalogues. I wonder why. Usually, don't reprints get listed with different item numbers?
