Newbie collector here from Pittsburgh. I have always floated in and out of collecting stamps since my youth and have now finally got around to putting together my "collection" into albums and what not. Right now I collect mostly US, but have begun to dabble into cataloging my Canada and Poland stamps with the hopes of one day putting them into an album. I love history and geography and stamps are a natural extension of that. I am also a little OCD, so seeing a nice symmetrical album page is like nirvana for me. My designer wife doesn't understand my brain, but whatevs. I found this forum in a google search and I have enjoyed lurking and reading the content on here. The interface and the community seems to be thriving so I hope to learn a lot and possibly contribute a little here or there.
I also enjoy playing and watching soccer and hockey as well as reading as much as I can. I probably tend to skew a little younger in terms of the demo (early 30's), so I am definitely here to learn and admire other people's collections.
