hello all , I got started in stamps sort of by accident. I have been "picking" at auctions for a few years now. During a recent auction I purchased a box lot and there was a stamp album in the bottom. I didn't have a clue about stamps but after I started sorting through some of them and seeing some of the cool history they represent I got more interested, and after many internet searches I landed here. it is a very interesting hobby you can learn a lot of history from them. one of my problems is all of the variants it is hard for me to tell one from another, but it is still very interesting
I think I have stamps from just about all countries the stamp album is really big probably 4 to 6 inches thick, most of the pages in book have hinged stamps on them, seems that germany, japan ,are most complete , but no country has all stamps hinged
