I think I meant to say imperf's.

You were technically correct the first time ... no die-cuts. But many collectors use "no die-cuts" and "imperf" interchangeably. And, as was pointed out, the USPS only sells "stamps without die-cuts" (aka "imperfs") in press sheets. These press sheets, generally consisting of anywhere from 3 to 16 panes, are never available at local POs & instead must be ordered from SFS in KC.

How many received this USPS mini-catalog featuring all of the Jimi Hendrix collectibles and a mention of the still-available previous issues in the Music Icons series of stamps?

Thank you JLLebbert. The only reason I would want the imperfs is because it seems they might be a shorter print than the regular issues and be worth more in the future. Please correct me if I am wrong. I think it would be cool to have an uncut single sheet of these Hendrix stamps and any of them that are in the design of 45 record sleeves, but if I have to spend a lot more to do that then I will just stick with the regular issues for now or maybe buy a cut sheet from somwone else online. Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.

wt1: I too received the Hendrix mini-catalog. It even has its own source code on the back.

My Hendrix catalog came with a stamp order for a couple of Hendrix panes from SFS in KC.

I received a mini catalog for the Hendrix item separately from my Fulfillment order. Glad I did, as I did not want to miss the issue (sent in my order today) given the lower printings the USPS has made. Maybe a chance for a sell out???

"The only reason I would want the imperfs is because it seems they might be a shorter print than the regular issues and be worth more in the future. "

All of the imperfs they are issueing are in much smaller quantities than te regular die cut version, but whether they will be worth anything more in the fuuture will depend on demand (right now demand is low).
