You were technically correct the first time ... no die-cuts. But many collectors use "no die-cuts" and "imperf" interchangeably. And, as was pointed out, the USPS only sells "stamps without die-cuts" (aka "imperfs") in press sheets. These press sheets, generally consisting of anywhere from 3 to 16 panes, are never available at local POs & instead must be ordered from SFS in KC.
