ebay has a if you buy it and it is not what was advertised you can open claim with
ebay to get a refund and leave negative feedback.
ebay always sides with the buyer, and the seller is never allowed to leave negative feedback ,maybe if the fraud seller gets a few or more of those negative claims they will stop doing the miss labeling, especially since you nicely informed them. If I am not sure on an item I would say so in the auction and let the people know. The sellers some (like me) are not experts and topics like original gum, is something I am yet to learn about so I don't say, I just provide the pictures- color is another thing we all are not experts so I don't say and let them figure it out. Twice I put the heading up---->I don't have a clue what this is-what is it? lol on a brown washington usa 4c with the wreaths and got several responses back. On some worldwide stamps I put up on headline---->I don't have a catalog for these for scott numbers but I know how to take pictures. good luck being the stamp police on
ebay and nabbing frauds but remember some people are just like you and me be cool.
