Hi!
According to my observation, the key is on Shady nape. All samples of 210 has a heavily shadow in nape, but in the one on middle of photos below, shadow is lightly. But now iīve been lightened & know this is not 211b. Thanks Kevin, but finally an answer, thanks.
Hope to read some comments.

mestal,

Where did you hear that "shadow in nape" can be used to identify 211B?

mestal....#211B is a SPECIAL PRINTING.
I special printing has a PROOF like impression.
Absolutely crisp and perfect.
Also...only about 1000 of these were issued and none
are used.
Again...sorry to be the bearer of the bad news.

Itīs not bad news, is solid answering that I really appreciate. According to my SC, some of this issues were use in current postage, so thatīs the root of my question. Straight and bare, I like that kind of answers. I understand clearly what you have said, but I donīt pretend to depend 100% on your answers, I like to do my own research so they both, research and your answers makes of me a better philatelic, I donīt know if thatīs bad but I will keep on. And according to my own experience, experts some times are wrong, so there it is when I donīt sleep at the switch. Thanks again Kevin and I hope keep answering from you, thanks a lot.

And by the way, I wonder why I did not get a solid answer like this one before. I donīt care about the angry capitals, as I did not understand this answer before, it is just before, nobdy gaves the right answer.

Mestal, with all due respect, if nobody gives the right answers, then I don't understand why you ask the questions. Anytime you ask a question, you must be prepared to get some responses that don't correspond with what you thought the answer would be.

I really don't think that kevin 504 used capital letters in anger, but instead to emphasize a point.

Please keep on joining in the discussions, but try not to take offense when none is intended.
