Special delivery E15,16 and 19. Think these are fairly common but not as often in Plate blocks.

The first block of black 20c "Special Delivery Truck" stamps are an E14 (Flat Plate Printing, Perf. 11 all around). It can't be the E19 (Rotary Press Printing), because the plate number would be in the corner position and the E19 has Perf. 11 x 10.5).

At least the E14 is worth more as a plate block of 6 stamps ($45 as a plate block of 6, or $67.50 if the plate block is NH) ... at least according to my 2013 Scott Catalog. Of course secondary market prices are only a percentage of those values, but generally the larger the block, the more desirable the piece is to a collector.
