Hi,
I have a number of covers by MFox. They appear to be hand painted using water color paints. I can't seem to find any information about M Fox. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

M. Fox is Melissa Fox. She was a prolific artist of handpainted "add on" cachets from the late 1970s to approximately 2004, at least according to Linn's Stamp News. Some of her cover artwork is currently on ebay and other auction sites generally ranging in price from $5 to $15. For some issues, there are single, one-of-a-kind handpainted covers and for other issues dozens or more may have been produced.

Melissa Fox was just referenced last month in a Linn's Stamp News article (see figure 2 at this link):
