Hello all, this is my first time on this site so please bear with me, thank you. I have five full books of State of Ohio vendors 1 cent tax receipts. They are all in good condition and want to sell them. I have read the rules and not sure how this works. I have pics of them if ok to post. I am learning at this time. I think I need 60 post before I can get going,Thanks. Please reply so I can learn about what I have and what I need to do.
Welcome. Stick around a while. Post on items of interest. Soon enough you will have your posts required. In the mean time, attempts to sell are against the rules.
