I just found this error. The White House has greenlines on each end and blue lines in the middle. The buildings on the left horizon are also green. What would you call this type of error?
Coin Watcher, khj is correct. It is very hard to find a stamp like this that does not have this. Just look at the red stripes on the flag. Some of the blue of the star field and of the numeral 6 have also gotten into the red!
