I found these Confederate reproductions. Are they for people who want to own the real ones but can't afford them? Are they still being made? Sorry for being clueless.

(IMHO)... Confederate facsimiles (as all facsimiles) fall into the AFB category... (Anything For a Buck)...

Springfield facsimilies? Originally issued without 'facsimile' on the back and later with it , sometimes mis-spelled.

To slightly hijack the topic....

Anyone know if the Springfield confederates are the only copies known to have facsimile on the back? I also have a set of them buried in my materials box.
