Greetings to all. It's nice to find a site such as this for mutual pleasure and edification.
I've read a few old posts and saw one that posed the question of what really poor centering would be--a "1" on the grading system. My response: You buy a set of the 1898 Trans-Mississippi issue. The Western cattle are halfway across Eads Bridge.
My interests are postal history with particular emphasis on the development of postage meters in the 1920s and 30s.
Later I'm going to post a nice fancy cancel on which I'd like some input.
Keep in mind that most people seem to miss a few of these introductory posts (including me, darn it) . You could add on to that original posting or thread by Replying To Topic there though.
