Bad ebay picture,I can't tell.Some of the known rotary stamps on ebay have pictures that look like this.

Check the perforations. If it's 11 x 10.5 then it's # 632

I'll check the perforations when it gets here,I got it for 99 cents,thought it looked like a rotary stamp but wasn't sure.
