Ok, How About A46 Soft Paper Version?

This faulty guy seems to have soft porous paper. I did some research and bake lit it appears thicker than others, it doesn't "flick" like others and shows hair perfs.
Any thoughts on this being soft porous paper?
I believe this is a Scott #206

It's a 207 and they only come on soft paper.

Ugh, I hope billw2 see's this. Of course I meant 207. Thanks again essayk.
Obviously these aren't the most difficult stamps to ID. But gotta walk before I run. These offer the secret mark, re-engraving and paper options. And of course a shade difference. A good beginners excersize.
So at least I feel confident with everything but the 'blue green' color and that, only because I haven't seen one.

Here's a slew of "207's" you can look at...
of course, they're not all 207's, as many
sellers are totally clueless about secret
marks... most don't even know they exist...

You're likely to see possible 136's, 147's,
158's and some 184's in the mix...

The secret mark is easy to spot in most images...
