Perhaps it wasn't, but this one is priced at least 3X what it is worth. And it's not particularly scarce, especially with that centering. So it does even out when they sell.

revcollector....

I purchased this item from a large US dealer when I
purchased his EFO stock. It was in the EFO lot
described as such.
I actually did inquire about this item after the
purchase....was told that
the scarcity was it being NH??

I just saw his 2c 69 (Pre printing paper fold.. haha NO!) and his 10c 1861 "Tag" double transfers.

These aren't 692's (they're flat plate Scott 563's) but this was a shade study I sold a few years back. The extremes ("green" and "blue") are actually quite scarce.
