R9B Scratch ?

Found this 2 cent express with what looks like a scratch on the right side 2 numeral. Scott does not list anything for a scratch and only mentions a cracked plate for R9c. Looked on Dans website for anything similar, but nothing showing a scratch or cracked plate.

Any thoughts or assistance would greatly be appreciated.

This is a constant variety, position 62, found in both blue and orange.

I have never found a complete list and Scott's is way behind the latest findings. If you would send me your address I'll send you a cd with what I have, maybe 100 or so on the first three issues.(as a new member I can't email you directly) Karl
