Just curious about this stamp I found for sale. Listed as a 26, but looks like a 25. Supposedly mint og hinged, but I haven't seen the back. The price is high for a 26 in this condition, maybe about right or low for a 25.

What do the pulled perfs do to the value? The top left is pretty bad.

I always think that faulty unused stamps sell for way too much money. I would rather have a nice used example of #25. This stamp wouldn't even interest me. I would say the top has been reperfed in addition to the fault you already mentioned.

You're absolutely right Sinclair, thanks. I only have only (intentionally) mounted one other faulty stamp, a used 24 eye curl with a tear. You reminded me that it bothers me, so I will pass on this one.
