There would have to be 610's without set-off given that sheet stacks are not circular.

I shouldn't feed the troll... But...

If a black Harding has offset on the reverse then it's absolutely a flat plate stamp. If it's missing offset on the reverse then it MIGHT be a flat plate stamp.

Anyone who has a bone poking through their skin has a fracture. Not all fractures have bones sticking through the skin. Does that clarify things a bit?
