Your first scan of the two 2c Embossed Envelopes are both of the same "design" yet are different. There are no less than nine different dies used for that issue and several different paper stock colors, too. Based on what I can see from your scan, I will assume both are on standard paper types, therefore the left example is a U429g (Die 9, narrow oval "C", "O" and "G") and the right example looks to be a U429e (Die 6).

Nothing special. Used condition catalog value is $0.30 and $0.25 respectively.
